Description of the previous episode

Vincent, the commander of the Urbanus summons Alex. He tells him that the Emperor has issued an imperial decree for Alex to return “the cargo” to him. Not wanting to give Al up, Alex refuses. What will be the consequences of this? Meanwhile, Dio whispers a mysterious phrase into Al’s ear. What chaos will this bring?
